About Air Fry Menu

Air Fry Menu is an independent reference site for air fryer cooking. The goal is simple: answer the question you actually have, which is almost always some version of "what temperature and for how long", without making you scroll through a life story first.

How the times are put together

Every time and temperature on this site starts from three sources: appliance manufacturer guidance, official food-safety temperature tables for meat, poultry, and seafood, and our own repeated cooking tests in basket-style air fryers. When those sources disagree, we publish the range that worked consistently in testing and note the safe internal temperature so you can confirm doneness with a thermometer.

Air fryers vary a lot by wattage, basket size, and brand. That is why every page shows a time range and a check point instead of a single number, and why we recommend checking early the first time you cook something new.

Independence

Air Fry Menu has no sponsored content and does not accept payment to recommend appliances, brands, or products. If that ever changes, sponsored material will be clearly labeled.

Corrections

If a time or temperature on this site did not work for you, or you spot an error, please tell us through the contact page. Reader reports are one of the main ways the ranges get better.
